  • Marisa deals with the mourning for the loss of someone we love – in this case, a central figure in the family dynamics: the mother/wife.Showing an individual case, the film leads to reflection on universal themes: facing a terrible diagnosis, supporting the patient in their attitude to treatment, alternating moments of hope and anxiety, reconciling illness with ordinary life, dealing with loss and absence, and so on.
